BP Microblading Company Policy

At BP Microblading we want you to be happy with our service. Always contact us if you have any questions regarding our policy.

1. Appointments

1.1 For all appointments we require the client to call at least 48 hours before a booked appointment in order to cancel their appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled last minute will be charged a fee of $25.00 charged to your credit/debit card.

1.2 In the event that you are late to your appointment you will be charged $25.00 It could also result in the loss of your appointment. It is not fair to the technician or the clients after your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late then you will have to arrange something with the technician.

2. Gift Certificate

No refund is offered once the gift certificate has been issued however gift certificates are transferable to other people.

 3. Service

3.1 If you don’t follow our aftercare instructions and it is evident that you have failed to do so we will be excluded from liability and we have the right to cancel any complimentary service in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse any services. Prices are subject to change at any time.

3.2 If you have an existing eyebrow tattoo, then we have the right to refuse our services to you. In the event of a faded eyebrow tattoo then the technician might go ahead and work on you but keep in mind that because of the tattoo underneath the pigment might fade.

3.3 Each new microblading procedure consists of two sessions. That is the initial procedure and the one month touch up. A one month touch up is required in order to fill any gaps that did not retain in the initial procedure. On the rare occasion a client may need an additional session if the clients skin type is one that does not retain pigment well or one that has an existing tattoo then they will be charged accordingly if we feel that it is fair to do so.

3.4 We cannot guarantee 100% success on all clients. Especially those with more problematic skin or prior tattoo in the area of treatment. Please be aware that all skin types are different, and pigment reacts different to all types of skin.
